A virtual guard for your building

Know what happens in your building the moment it happens. Garbage in the bin room before a fine arrives, an automatic cleaning log, an elevator that stopped working, doors left open, and suspicious people too. AI watches your building's cameras and messages you on WhatsApp, only when it matters.

What it does for your building

Less worry, more transparency, no more problems that drag on for days

Cleanliness · every 15 minutes Avoid fines

A clean bin room, without going down to check

Bin room: a mattress left by the bins
⚠️ Reason: garbage outside the bins for 6 hours (mattress)Bin room · since 08:15

A mattress stood there for 12 days and nobody reported it. Now you know after 6 hours, with a picture to send to the property manager, and you get a message when the room is cleaned. That's how you avoid municipal fines for garbage.

    Open doors · real time

The building doesn't stay open to anyone passing by

An entrance door left open, marked
⚠️ Reason: lobby door open for more than 10 minutesMain entrance · 07:42
Lobby door closed, it was open for 13 minutes07:55

A courier who left the door open, a resident who propped it with a chair. After 10 minutes you know, and you get a message when it closes.

    Suspicious people · 24/7

Sleep well, even when someone is lurking in the yard at night

Yard camera at night: a masked person, marked and blurred for privacy
    ⚠️ Reason: masked person detected (AI verified)Back yard · 20:01 · sent 20:03

A masked person is spotted within minutes, and you decide whether to call for help. A cat or a neighbour behind the fence won't wake you.

    Lobby · clear passage

Nothing gets left in the lobby for long

Lobby: boxes left next to the elevator
⚠️ Reason: items left in the lobby for 3 hoursLobby · since 08:00
The lobby was cleared at 11:3011:30

Boxes, furniture and deliveries left in the lobby block the way and clutter the entrance. After 3 hours you know, with a picture, and you get a message when the lobby is clear.

    Cleaning · automatic log

    The cleaner's work log

Mosaic: the cleaner at the back door, on six floor hallways, in the lobby and the courtyard, 10:13 to 10:47, blurred for privacy
    🧹 Building cleaned: started 10:12, finished 10:47 (35 minutes)Back door, 6 floors, lobby, yard · 10:47

No checking, no asking: after every visit you get a message with the start time, the end time and where the cleaner went. A tidy log for the committee and the property manager.

    Elevator · faults on record

Know about an elevator fault before residents call

Lobby: a person waiting at a closed elevator, blurred
⚠️ Reason: the elevator seems out of order: someone waited 5 minutes and the door didn't openLobby · 08:01
The elevator looks fine again, the door opened normally09:40

When residents wait for an elevator that doesn't come, you know, and can call a technician right away. Every fault is logged, so you talk to the elevator company with dates and times instead of impressions.

    How does it work?

    Use the cameras you have

We connect to the building's camera system without changing anything. If needed, we install a small unit in the building at no cost. No cameras? We install them.

    The AI watches for you

It monitors every camera in the building around the clock, and keeps two weeks of searchable footage.

    You get only what matters

A WhatsApp alert with a picture and the reason, the moment something needs attention. Together we decide what you want to know and who gets the messages.

    Who it's for

One building committee, or a property manager with dozens of buildings

    Building committee

    • Residents feel saferResidents know someone is watching over the building, at night and when nobody is home.
    • Full transparencyEvery event comes with a picture and a time. Proof instead of arguments in the building group chat.
    • An automatic fault logEvery fault is logged on its own: when it started and when it was fixed.

    Property manager

    • Know before the resident callsAn open door, garbage or a fault reaches you in real time, so you fix it before it becomes a complaint.
    • Documented, provable serviceEvery issue and every fix is recorded with a picture and a time. Easy to show the committee what was done, and when.
    • An edge over competitorsA new service on cameras that are already installed, which sets you apart and adds revenue from every building.
    Privacy

    We put privacy first

    Closed servers

The AI runs on our own closed servers. Footage is never sent to outside AI services.

    Common areas only

Alerts cover the building's common areas only.

    Approved people only

Alerts go only to pre-approved numbers. The dashboard is password protected, and clip links are signed and expire.

    Automatic deletion

Footage is kept for 14 days, and everything derived from it, pictures and labels, is deleted with it.

    Installation

No cameras in your building yet?

We work with professional partner installers who plan and install a camera system that fits your building, and connect it to the virtual guard on installation day.

    1. A building visitA partner installer comes over, hears what bothers the committee and checks the building.
    2. A plan around what matters to youCamera placement that covers the entrance, the lobby and elevator, the bin room and the yard, and respects residents' privacy.
    3. Installation and connectionCameras and a recorder are installed, and the virtual guard works from day one.

    FAQ

    What committees ask us

Do we need to replace our cameras?

In most cases, no. Most camera systems from recent years are supported. On a short visit we check your system, and if needed we install a small unit at no cost, or a partner installer fills the gaps.

How many false alerts will there be?

Few. As part of setup we calibrate and test every new building: we mark the areas, test detection on footage from the building, and make sure accuracy is high before alerts are switched on.

Won't it flood us with messages?

No. No chat and no group, only alerts. For garbage or the elevator you get one message, and another when it's resolved.

What if the building's internet goes down?

The recorder keeps recording as usual. When the connection is back, the system catches up on the footage it missed, analyses it and alerts you about what happened during the outage too. No alerts are sent while the connection is down.

    How much does it cost?

You start with a free trial. If you continue, it’s a monthly subscription based on the size of the building and the number of cameras. Contact us and we’ll send a quote.

    Who can see the footage?

Only the people the committee approves. Alerts go only to approved numbers, and clip links expire after 14 days.
