What homeowners ask us
Do I need to replace my cameras?
In most cases, no. Most camera systems from recent years are supported. We will check your system, and if needed a partner installer will fill the gaps.
Will the cat or the dog wake me up?
No. The system tells people from animals, and checks every alert before it is sent. As part of the setup we tune the zones around your home.
Will it flood me with messages?
No. There is no chat and no group, only messages when something is off, and one more when it is resolved. The work log arrives once a day.
What if the internet at home goes down?
The recorder keeps recording as usual. When the connection is back, the system catches up on the footage it missed and messages you about what happened during the outage. No messages are sent during the outage itself.
